ALTECH has given its Franchise Membership to impart Computer Education. The Franchise will be withdrawn within notice of one-month time on violation of the terms and conditions as follows.
1. The Centre details and brief report should be informed as per enclosed format.
2. The Centre should keep the board indicating training program of ALTECH
3. Centre shall not run any other courses than those recognized by the Head Office.
4. The Centre premises should not be shifted without prior concurrence of the Head Office.
5. Centre Director shall attend the meeting that would be convent by Head Office every quarter to review the situation of working of the training program.
6. Centre shall not release any kind of media without the written consent of the Head Office.
7. Centre shall strictly stick to the syllabus set approved by the ALTECH-
8. Centre should conducted the examination once in every SIX months
9. The Head Office will conduct the examinations at the centre only.
10. Examination will be Subject wise and certificate will be issue by the Head Office.
11. Centre has to send monthly student report for registration to Head Office on or before 5th of every month.
12. The Head Office shall conduct frequent inspection to the Centre and monitor its standards from time to time.
13. The period of Franchise will be initially for the one year subsequently that can be extended to the next years depending upon the centre performance.
14. The Infrastructure, Faculty and accommodation will not be born by the Head Office. It should posses by the Centre.
15. Franchise shall grant for one premises only based on this branch cannot be open without approval of Head Office.
16. Head Office reserve the right to add, delete or change the terms and conditions partly or fully without assigning any reason or prior notice Centre cannot be claimed any individual as matter of right.
17. Rs. 2,500/- will be the fee for annual renewal fee.
18. Centre shall pay Rs.500/- per Month in advance amount for account.
19. The examination fee will pay to the head office before the examination date.
20. The concerned Network Centres as decided by the Head Office shall share common advertisement expenditure.
21. Centre has to co-operate with all the majority decision taken by be Network Centres for the development of the computer education and training in a positive manner.
22. Centre should pay the Franchise fee to Head Office after completion the inspection.
23. All the Payments should be in the form of Bank draft favoring of ALTECH COMPUTERS payable at Hyderabad.
24. Any fees once paid to head office will not be refunded in any circumstances.
25. The Head Office has sole authority in selection and rejection of the Franchise Membership of Centre.
